Structural Transformation

Structural integrity is of the utmost importance when it comes to ensuring the safety of your home and family. We here at Smithcraft have wide-ranging experience with remodels that involve tearing the house down to its framing and making major changes to its structure.

We have found that most older homes, especially multi-level, were built to the standards of their time and seriously lack the structural integrity required by the standards of today. Smithcraft works closely with a structural engineer to ensure that our client's homes will last for generations to come.  If you've noticed any bowing or sagging in your ceiling or walls, cracks, or movement give us a call. It's likely you have a structural issue that needs addressed sooner rather than later.

Scroll through the pictures below to see some examples of how we've ensured the safety of and added longevity to our client's homes.
